Founder & CEO – Smarttech
Mr. M.A. Suthakar is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Smarttech. With a solid academic foundation in Civil Engineering (M.Tech., Mumbai, 1992), he began his journey as a civil engineer and went on to establish his first company, Team Tech, in 1997.
Over the years, Mr. Suthakar has earned a reputation as a fast-track construction specialist, known for delivering high-quality projects with speed and precision. His expertise spans across construction, interiors, project coordination, and turnkey solutions, all built on a foundation of trust, discipline, and innovation.
Beyond construction, he has diversified into textiles, food industries, cement distribution, and hospitality—most notably leading the transformation of a 17-year incomplete project into a Five-Star ITC Welcome Hotel in Coorg.
With Smarttech’s footprint expanding across India, Mr. Suthakar also launched Datura Aesthetics, a modern chain of laser skincare clinics. His leadership continues to inspire a 150+ workforce across multiple verticals, reflecting his commitment to excellence, sustainability, and scalable growth.
